THE GOAL
Landscape Garden Centers is slower during the winter months so our goal with this print piece was to stir up business during the slow months so that the designers could get a jump start come spring. We designed a print piece for the Outdoor Showcase in the Fall to inform customers of all the services available through Landscape Garden Centers. The print piece included a tear off section for the customer to fill out with details of what they were hoping for with their backyard project. The LGC designers used these as direct leads.
THE PROCESS
The first step of this print piece was a photo shoot of completed landscape projects. We staged talent within the beautiful backyard settings showing that these projects not only look beautiful but they are designed to be lived in. The images speak for themselves; capturing a family using their pool, outdoor dining and entertainment space, relaying a story of how they spend the summer in their beautiful backyard oasis.
We used the content within the brochure to educate and inform customers about everything Landscape Garden Centers provides. We showcased the LGC designers and some of their projects. We also listed the Landscape Maintenance services to remind customers that Landscape Garden Centers is a one stop shop. We also incorporated a tear off for customers to send in with information on what services they are interested in. These brochures were handed out to attendees of the Sioux Empire HBA Outdoor Showcase and in Landscape Garden Centers.
THE OUTCOME
- Received 5 leads from the brochures handed out at the Outdoor Showcase
- The leads totaled approximately $278,000 in revenue
