Ripple Marketing conducted a focus group for Frontier Bank to find out what college-aged millennials are looking for in a bank. The results helped us determine that providing banking services on the go from a mobile device would greatly benefit Frontier Bank. Next we created a print piece telling current customers and potential new customers just how easy it is to make a mobile deposit. Our goal was to educate customers on how the process works and inform them of how simple it is to do. We highlighted the benefits and laid out the instructions in 6 easy steps. Now customers can maintain their accounts from their mobile device and save a trip to the bank.
