Frontier Bank

THE CLIENT

Frontier Bank came to the city of Sioux Falls in 1996. In 2015 they came to our team for marketing direction. They had no marketing presence or brand awareness in the Sioux Falls market to speak of. Ripple Marketing created a campaign based off of what we learned about Frontier Bank as a whole. They are a local, community bank with real people that answer the phone and sit down with you one on one. They know their customers by their first name and are all about building that relationship within all areas of the bank.

THE OBJECTIVE

With the information gathered from our research we rallied Frontier Banks customers for a two day video shoot in Sioux Falls and Iowa. We videoed several businesses in Sioux Falls and Iowa that are able to do what they love because Frontier Bank provided clear business banking solutions for them. We also videoed a family with three generations of farmers that utilize Frontier bank’s Ag services. All through the city we captured areas of life that Frontier Bank takes part in. We pieced all of these videos together to create a mosaic style commercial portraying all of the services that Frontier offers. We were able to create six separate commercials for the campaign from a two day shoot. We also took still photography during the two day shoot and used the same images for the billboard campaign to tie it all together and create a strong message. We also used these images for targeted display Ads within the online marketing campaign. Ripple Marketing created a series of targeted mailers for specific services within Frontier Bank that tied into this campaign as well.
